  In May 2017, Chinese President Xi Jinping announced at the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation that China would hold China International Import Expo (CIIE) starting from 2018.
  It is a significant move for the Chinese Government to hold CIIE with a view of firmly supporting trade liberalization and economic globalization and actively opening the market to the world. It facilitates countries and regions all over the world to strengthen economic and trade cooperation, and to promote global trade and world economic growth in order to advance the development of an open world economy.
  The first CIIE is held at National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) during November 5-10, 2018.
  In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of CIIE's communications and network information, as a DPI equipment manufacturer of China Telecom Shanghai Branch, Wuhan GreeNet Information Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “GreeNet”) offered the key guarantee services according to the requirements of customers.
 
  A summary of key guarantee contents
  1. Time and class of key guarantee: time: Nov. 1-10, 2018; Class A guarantee: Nov. 4 and the opening day (Nov. 5), Class B guarantee: Nov. 6-12, Class C guarantee: the rest of time.
  2. Scope of guarantee: National Exhibition and Convention Center, important traffic hubs, hotels accommodating both foreign and Chinese guests, and so on.
  GreeNet arranged the personnel on duty to guarantee the normal operation of China Telecom Shanghai Branch on site. During CIIE, GreeNet was responsible for monitoring the visitor flowrate and user perception, doing a good job in the alarm monitoring of DPI equipment, and arranging the relevant personnel on duty to well prepare for emergency fault handling of computer rooms, to meet the guarantee requirements of "real-time detection, high-frequency inspection, and fastest response".
 
  (III) Process of guarantee
  As a communication equipment manufacturer, the delivery and service departments of GreeNet had the honor to take on the task of guarantee and did a great work.
  With the support of relevant parties and customers, the guarantee work was finally a complete success.
  The whole guarantee process included three stages, including pre-expo preparation, expo guarantee and post-expo assessment.
