Overseas Pre-sales Manager

Responsibilities:
● Lead international promotion, solution guidance, product configuration, and demand tracking for the company’s products.
● Communicate with clients to identify, negotiate, and clarify project requirements.
● Collaborate closely with technical and R&D teams to ensure smooth project execution.
● Develop client-centric proposals, technical solutions, pricing strategies, and sales plans.
● Deliver high-quality responses during client Q&A sessions and technical discussions.
● Engage with overseas clients through both remote communication and on-site visits.

Requirements:
● Familiarity with mobile network architecture, core network and access network structures, and key network components and functions.
● Understanding of operator services, network architecture, computer networks, TCP/IP protocols, routing, and common network communication protocols.
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Information Security, or Cybersecurity (exceptions may be made for candidates with extensive experience).
● Minimum 3 years of experience in network security, IT, or telecommunications. Experience with overseas operators or government enterprise projects is preferred.
● Proficiency in office and design tools such as Office, Xmind, and Photoshop.
● Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to use English as a daily working language and interact independently with international clients.
● Willingness to undertake long-term overseas business trips.
