29 Sep,2025
Wuhan GreeNet Co., Ltd. treats data security as a cornerstone of its corporate operations. To reinforce this commitment, its Delivery Center holds regular, specialized training sessions designed to heighten security awareness and build robust protection barriers. These systematic sessions cover key topics, such as laws and regulations on information security, corporate cybersecurity policies, analysis of typical security cases, and solutions to common information security issues, all to safeguard the company’s steady business development.
The third security training session of 2025 was successfully held on September 28 and 29 in a hybrid physical and virtual format. This session emphasized the deep integration of theory and practice, with a core focus on data security risk identification and control. It provided a detailed framework for implementing data security risk assessments in the industrial and information technology sectors, covering critical areas like assessment targets, mechanism requirements, and audit supervision. The session also introduced a comprehensive knowledge framework across multiple key dimensions: establishing data security governance systems (including classification and grading, access permissions, and full life-cycle management), developing organizational structures and personnel security management, implementing third-party and outsourcing controls, building emergency response mechanisms, ensuring development and operations protection, and guaranteeing cloud data security. Guided by the principle of “full participation and full compliance,” the session concluded with assessments conducted via a dedicated examination platform, with strict attendance tracking and retake mechanisms. This approach effectively translated employees’ abilities to assess data security risks into the company’s competitive advantages in terms of regulatory adherence and data asset protection, contributing to GreeNet’s sustainable business development.
Participants reported that the training provided valuable, practical insights concerning how to identify, evaluate, and control data security risks, and expressed a strong desire for more similar sessions in the future.
